Shipping & Delivery
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on weekdays are processed the same business day. International shipments may take 10 to 14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. Free shipping promotions are occasionally available during seasonal sales events and are applied automatically at checkout.
Can I expedite my order?
We offer two expedited options at checkout. Express shipping (2 to 3 business days) is available for $12.99, and overnight shipping (next business day) is available for $24.99. Expedited orders must be placed before 12 PM EST on weekdays to guarantee the estimated delivery window.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation or packing slip. To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select “Request Return” next to the item. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund is applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible without waiting for us to process the swap.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return shipment and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. Your payment details are processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment provider and are never stored on our servers. You can shop with full confidence that your financial information is secure.
Can I use a discount code at checkout?
Yes. Enter your discount code in the coupon field on the checkout page and click “Apply.” The discount will be reflected in your order total before you confirm payment. Only one coupon code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Do you offer installment payments or buy-now-pay-later?
We currently do not offer installment or buy-now-pay-later payment plans directly. However, some credit cards and PayPal offer their own installment features at checkout. Check with your card issuer or PayPal account for available options.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also view the status of all your orders by logging in to your account and navigating to “Order History.” Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery area including side doors, porches, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before the final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, we cannot modify the delivery destination.
Product Care
How should I care for my products?
Specific care instructions are included on the product page and on the label or insert that ships with your order. As a general guideline, store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces. Following the recommended care instructions helps maintain the product’s quality and extends its lifespan.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects. Warranty details, including coverage scope and claim procedures, are outlined on individual product pages. Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered. For warranty claims, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
